- In-Stock Items: Ready-made handmade products will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed.
- Made-to-Order Items: Handmade products that are made upon order require a processing time of 7 to 15 days before shipping.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Return Policy
- No Returns: Once an order has been shipped, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless stated otherwise. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
- Damages During Shipping: If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide clear photos of the damage along with your order details. We will work with you to arrange a refund or other compensation.
- Customized Items: Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
