• Made-to-Order Items: Handmade products that are made upon order require a processing time of 7 to 15 days before shipping.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Return Policy

• No Returns: Once an order has been shipped, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless stated otherwise. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
